Every order follows the same documented sequence. Nothing moves until you approve the quote; nothing ships until you've confirmed Invoice 1.
Tell us your targets
Send a list — sealed, singles, promos, or graded. Include condition requirements and any quantity thresholds. We reply within 24 hours JST.
Market sweep & quote
We check relevant Japanese retailers and marketplaces, including Yahoo! Shopping, Amazon Japan and specialist TCG platforms where appropriate, then compile a landed-cost quote with each cost line itemised.
Invoice 1 — buy & inspect
After you approve the quote, the agreed payment is collected before purchase. We then receive and inspect every item, with purchase receipts and condition photos provided where available.
Pack, ship & Invoice 2
Items are packed and weighed. Invoice 2 covers actual international shipping at cost. We dispatch via Japan Post EMS or DHL/FedEx with full tracking, purchase receipts, and a photo condition report. Packing video available on request.
One fee. Everything else billed at cost, itemised.
Our margin is a single line you can see. Marketplace charges, domestic Japan shipping and international freight pass through at exactly what we paid — receipts attached.
Normally prepaid. The quote separates item cost, sourcing fee, domestic shipping, packing and international shipping. Quotes are normally valid for 72 hours, subject to stock and seller confirmation.
USD is the standard quoting currency. For reference, current quotes use 1 USD = 162 JPY unless a quote states a different rate. Wise, bank transfer, PayPal, card invoice or another agreed method may be available; any payment-provider fee is shown before payment.

Retailer-first sourcing
Established retailers and direct retail allocation take priority over marketplaces. Sealed new releases are sourced retail where possible — lower counterparty risk, receipt on file.
Marketplace seller vetting
Any marketplace seller must have a 98%+ feedback rating, a reviewable transaction history, and a demonstrated TCG sales record. Sellers who don't clear all three are skipped.
Sealed shrink inspection
Every sealed product has its shrink and seal integrity checked and photographed before dispatch. Ships in original shrink, corner-protected, double-boxed.
PSA cert number verification
Graded cards have their PSA certification number cross-checked against the official PSA database before purchase is confirmed. Label match required.

How the landed-cost picture is separated before shipment. Import treatment varies by destination, product classification and buyer status, so the importer or customs broker confirms the final amount.
- A1 Incoterm
- Ships DAP — Delivered At Place. Import charges are payable by the importer (you) at the border, not bundled into our invoice.
- A2 Tariff classification
- Commercial invoice with real declared values and a complete item list. Product classification and local import treatment are confirmed for the destination country.
- A3 Import charges
- Import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance, brokerage fees and other destination-side charges are generally payable by the importer unless a quote expressly says otherwise.
- A4 Destination-specific assessment
- Thresholds, tax rates and documentation requirements differ by destination. We state the assumptions used in the quote and the buyer confirms the final treatment with the carrier or broker.
- A5 Declared documentation
- We can provide the commercial invoice, purchase receipts, condition photos and tracking information where available.
- A6 Before payment
- Shipping assumptions and known import-cost exclusions are shown before payment. Any customs or tax charge billed separately remains the buyer's responsibility.
